Ýstanbul'da Yeni Kentsel Devingenliðin Ýktidar Gramerini Açýklayýcý Bir Olgu Olarak

Bu makale 1980 sonrasý neoliberal dönemde, devingenlik eksenli yeni sembolik iktidar ve bu iktidarýn grameri ile kentsel devingenlik arasýndaki iliþki üzerine gerçekleþtirilen teorik bir tartýþma niteliðindedir.
Genel çerçeve, Bauman'ýn "tüketim toplumu" ve Boltanski ile Chiapello'nun "proje rejimi" kavramsallaþtýrmalarýna vurgu yapýlarak oluþturulmakta ve tartýþmanýn baðlamý, konunun son dönem kentsel devingenliði açýklayýcý "neo-liberal" okuma örnekleri ile iliþkilerine deðinilerek geliþtirilmektedir.
Böylece makale, neoliberalizmin kentlesmesi ve yeni yasal düzenlemeler alanýndaki tartýþmalara atýflarda bulunarak, "bir sonraki proje endiþesi" olarak sentezlenen olgunun, yeni kentsel devingenliðin ve yeni kentsel iktidar gramerinin incelenmesinde bir araþtýrma nesnesi olarak taþýdýðý potansiyeli ortaya çýkartmayý hedeflemektedir.

“Next Project Anxiety” as the Defining Feature of the Grammar of Power of New Urban Mobility in Istanbul

This paper is concerned with the relationship between the new mobility that underlies the grammar of new symbolic power and urban dynamism in the post-80 era.
Emphasizing Bauman's concept of consumer society and Boltanski and Chiapello's concept of project regime, the context of the argument is developed within an understanding of recent urban mobility and the neoliberal perception of urbanism.
Referring to the discussions on urbanization of neoliberalism and recent legal regulations, the paper aims to uncover the potential in the concept of "next project anxiety" functioning as a research subject to examine the new urban mobility and the new grammar of urban power.
