Barýnmanýn Evrimi: Kýrýlma Noktalarý, Tematik Eðilimler ve Mekansal Dönüþümler Üzerine Sistematik Bir Ýnceleme

Çalýþmanýn temel amacý, barýnmanýn hangi dönemsel ve yapýsal dinamikler üzerinden ele alýndýðýný ve bu dönüþümlerin ardýndaki temel etkenleri açýða çýkarmaktýr. Ayrýca, sistematik literatür taramasý (SLT) yöntemiyle tarihsel süreçte barýnmanýn evrimini literatüre dayalý olarak ortaya koymak hedeflenmiþtir. SLT yöntemi uygulanan çalýþmada süreç, PRISMA protokolüne uygun biçimde yürütülmüþtür. Tarama, Scopus veri tabanýnda gerçekleþtirilmiþ; belirlenen kriterlere göre tespit edilen yayýnlar eleme sürecinden geçirildikten sonra toplam 204 yayýn analiz edilmiþtir. Kodlama süreci veri temelli ve tümevarýmsal olarak yapýlandýrýlmýþtýr. Analiz sonucunda, barýnma evriminde beþ temel kýrýlma noktasý belirlenmiþtir: (1) yerleþikliðe geçiþ, (2) sanayileþme ve kentsel dönüþümler, (3) refah devleti müdahaleleri, (4) neoliberal reformlar ve özelleþtirme, (5) iklim, enerji ve saðlýk krizlerinin etkileri. Ayrýca, tarihsel kýrýlma noktalarý ve SLT’den elde edilen dönemlerle ilgili ana temalar gruplandýrýlarak sosyo-mekânsal biçimlenmeler, politikalar ve krizler olmak üzere üç ana baþlýk altýnda sýnýflandýrýlmýþtýr. Ýnsanýn en temel gereksinimlerinden biri olan barýnma, çevresel koþullar, toplumsal yapý, ekonomik sistemler, politik rejimler ve krizler doðrultusunda sürekli dönüþüm geçirmiþtir. Çalýþma, konusu gereði mimarlýk, þehircilik, kentsel tasarým, mimarlýk tarihi, sosyal politika, çevre bilimleri ve konut araþtýrmalarý gibi çok çeþitli disiplinin kesiþiminde yer almaktadýr. Çalýþmanýn özgün katkýsý ise, barýnma dönüþümlerini kritik kýrýlma noktalarý ve tematik kümeler ekseninde kapsamlý ve disiplinler arasý bir analizle literatüre bütüncül biçimde kazandýrmasýdýr.

It reveals periodic and structural dynamics through which dwelling is addressed, and fundamental factors driving these transformations. It also traces the evolution of housing in the historical process using SLR. The SLR followed the PRISMA protocol. A Scopus database search yielded 204 publications for analysis after applying selection criteria. The coding process was structured as data-based and inductive throughout the analysis. Five fundamental turning points were determined in dwelling: (1) transition to sedentarization, (2) industrialization and urban transformations, (3) welfare state interventions, (4) neoliberal reforms and privatization, and (5) the effects of climate, energy, and health crises. Main themes from the SLR are classified under socio-spatial formations, policies, and crises. Housing, a basic human need, continuously transforms over time with environmental conditions, social structures, economic systems, political regimes, and crises. The study intersects architecture, urbanism, urban design, architectural history, social policy, environmental sciences, housing research, among other fields. Its contribution is a comprehensive, holistic, and interdisciplinary analysis of dwelling transformations centered on critical turning points and thematic clusters.
